We have Corel Video Studio X5 2012. Where do we need to click to make the voice of the movie louder? Or in other words: Where is the regulator of the sound volume?
Please do a printscreen and a flash, so we can find it.

After you open a multimedia file (video, audio), there should be a section where the VU meter can be seen. The setting looks like a speak with a number next to it and two buttons to adjust the volume. You can see in the image below what to look for to increase the volume.

Corel Suite is losing the sound from imported files in MPEG, MP4, AVI, MVI. Why? The files run fine outside of the suite.

There has to be an option turned on to automatically lower the volume for the imported files. I have tried the software and it works normally. However, to adjust the sound, firstly go to the system try and right click the Windows Speaker > Open Volume Mixer. Adjust the slider to the top. Then in the application, look for a setting with a speaker as icon and a number 100+ next to it. Adjust the volume until you can hear the sounds.
